The Board Chair Chat — for school board chairs and vice chairs — centers around the board chair’s skill, roles, and responsibilities.

During the 2026-2027 school year, the Board Chair Chat will be held from noon to 1 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month (with the exception of the January 2027 meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, January 27). Board chairs and vice chairs, look for an email invitation in your email inbox around a few days before each session.

Email invitations will be sent to school board chairs at least one day before each meeting. School board chairs: If you can’t locate your email invitation, please contact MSBA’s Bruce Lombard to request the Zoom meeting link.
