At a member district’s request, Membership Services staff will provide written analyses of teacher, non-licensed, and other Master Agreements. This service is provided at a cost of $1,250 for the first Agreement from a district and $950 for each subsequent Agreement in that round of bargaining. These Agreements are placed in MSBA’s database of contract language (in PEERNet), which is available online to member districts. Roughly 25 percent of the Association’s member districts have their Master Agreements analyzed by MSBA each year.
