On March 14th, House released its supplemental budget targets: including $172 million in job creation for bonding and economic development, $92 million for education (including higher education), $75 million for health and human services, and $50 million for transportation.

The House plans to invest $75 million in K-12 education:
- Provide a funding increase for K-12 schools to help address the costs of teacher evaluations and to improve education outcomes.
- Provide more children with access to early learning opportunities.
- Fund reduced price for school lunches (passed off House floor).
