The MSBA Third Thursday Webinar Series resumes 1 p.m. Thursday, October 20, 2022, with “Building a Strong Board Foundation: Mentoring.”
Whether you are a newly elected school board member or have served as a school board member for years, mentoring is a practical common-sense approach to create meaningful and positive board member relationships that will bear rewards at the board table. Mentorship requires commitment to a shared purpose and the willingness to listen to and learn from differing perspectives.
Join MSBA staff and other MSBA members to gain insight about what it means to be a mentor and how to implement an effective mentoring program within your school board.
